Roll to stack with WF8

The paper web provided by the Unwinder UW8 is pulled in by the Web Folder WF8 and perforated or creased longitudinally. The edges can be trimmed simultaneously. Paper waste produced during the processing is collected by a funnel and removed by means of an external waste exhauster. After that, the web is plow-folded in the folder and transferred to the Cross Cutter.

Options

Web Merger - WM8

The web merger WM8 can be used for cutting a wide paper web in longitudinal direction and for putting the two web halves together.  Edge trim left and right available.

Dynamic vertical and cross perforator DP8

The dynamic perforating module DP8 can be used to create variable longitudinal and cross perforations.

Full Bleed products

The combination of longitudinal and cross cut-out (module CS8) allows the user to produce full-bleed products.

Stack & Sheet (Combo delivery)

The Bypass unit allows quick and easy diverting of the output to the inline saddle-stitching system or to the conveyor belt for stacked book blocks.

Stacker LS8-30

Up to 30″ sheet stacks with the LS8-30 Stacker. Also compatible with sheet overpass.

Web Cleaning Solutions

The web de-dusting module PEM removes the dust from the paper webs. The PEM has two de-dusting heads for cleaning both sides of the paper web in continuous operation.
