DynaScan – Inspection with dynamic sheet length
Another important and great enhancement is offered by Hunkeler Web Inspection with the WI8 DynaScan. With the DynaScan option, it is now possible to inspect dynamically even with variable sheet length.
The DynaScan aggregates the inspection job of different form length selectively run based on frame size and supports the full functionality of the Web Inspection with the Hunkeler WI8. The frame size is detected directly from the TOF marks and therefore no code reading is necessary.
Unrecognized or unassigned lengths will be anyway scanned and displayed on the operator console allowing visual inspection.
