Hunkeler continues as a strong brand within the Müller Martini group
Following the acquisition of Hunkeler in December 2023, the legal merger of Hunkeler AG with Müller Martini has now been completed. As part of this step, Hunkeler AG will in future operate as Hunkeler, a brand within the Müller Martini group.
This step reflects the closer organizational integration of both companies and creates the foundation for even stronger collaboration, aligned processes, and future innovation.
Continuity remains a key priority
Customers and partners can continue to rely on the same Hunkeler solutions, expertise, and service quality across all applications. At the same time, the integration opens up additional opportunities through access to Müller Martini’s broader portfolio, technologies, and global resources.
Hunkeler remains an independent brand
Hunkeler will continue to operate as an established brand within the Müller Martini group. Its market positioning and areas of expertise remain unchanged. The brand will also maintain its neutrality and openness towards partners and technologies.
Hunkeler Innovationdays remain in Lucerne, Switzerland
The Hunkeler Innovationdays will continue unchanged and will again take place in February 2027 at the Lucerne Exhibition Centre in Switzerland. We are committed to maintaining this successful and well-established event concept and already look forward to welcoming many visitors and partners again in Lucerne.
