Starbook Sheetfolder
The Starbook Sheetfolder is our latest innovation for book block production from single sheet. This sophisticated solution was specially developed for the cut-sheet segment and expands our portfolio of book solutions. The Starbook Sheetfolder produces glued book blocks from 4- or 8-page signatures for further processing in perfect binders. The gluing of the signatures forms very robust book blocks with excellent flatness and a straight spine, which can be bound in the bookbindery without any problems.
This book solution adjusts to different book formats and page counts in seconds, so that even short runs and single copies (book of one) can be produced without any issues. In addition, the solution offers completely new possibilities in book production from the sheet, as sheets of different papers can be joined together to form a book.
