Quality assurance through to the finished productThe 'huncolor ready' quality label combines all the properties of POPP technology for economical paper processing in a broad range of applications. With maximum capacities of 220 meters per minute for roll to roll production or 180 meters per minute in roll-sheet operation with the CS6 cutter and the LS6 stack delivery, the system can handle all standard commercial print materials, ranging from light paper to semi-carton weighing up to 300 g.

Because of the highly sophisticated process, print quality is guaranteed in principle at all stages of the processing line through to the finished product in black and white or color production.

Further processes such as dynamic perforation, plow folding and punching meet a wide range of requirements and open up new approaches to book and newsprint production, to say nothing of mailing applications and use in computer centers.
